**Azulera stands out as one of the most expansive oceanfront development opportunities presently accessible in Costa Rica's Guanacaste Province. Positioned in the heart of the sought-after tourism and investment zones recognized as the "Guanacaste Gold Coast," this area has gained prominence due to its natural splendor, diverse topography, favorable climate, picturesque beaches, and its close proximity to Liberia's newest international airport.
