Courtyard House | Turnkey Studio Saxe Home with Private Pool in Nosara

Courtyard House: Turnkey Architectural Living in Nosara

Courtyard House is a fully furnished, four-bedroom residence designed by Benjamin Saxe of Studio Saxe. Set on a 1,612 m² homesite in Nosara, the 9,785 sq ft home is organized around a landscaped central courtyard and private swimming pool, creating privacy while keeping the tropical setting visible from the principal rooms.

Indoor-Outdoor Layout

The main level connects the kitchen, dining area and living room in an open plan framed by European windows and broad sliding glass doors. These spaces open directly to the courtyard, terraces and pool. Warm wood ceilings, polished concrete floors and full-height glazing give the interiors a refined but relaxed character and bring generous natural light into the home.

Kitchen, Bedrooms and Finishes

The European kitchen combines contemporary cabinetry, premium appliances including a GE Monogram refrigerator, and a large open-shelving pantry. Private bedroom suites feature garden outlooks, walk-through closets, custom drapery and bathrooms finished in black-veined Calacatta marble.

Systems and Turnkey Convenience

Courtyard House is equipped with a Juturna whole-home water-filtration system, DSC alarm and security cameras, surge protection, and a Sonos sound system that extends throughout the residence. A dedicated media room adds another comfortable gathering space. The furnishings are included, supporting a straightforward transition for buyers seeking a full-time home, vacation residence or established luxury-rental property in Nosara.
